Your area of responsibility.

You are responsible for preparing the basis for decisions on strategic and operational issues for the attention of the Executive Board and the Board of Directors

You manage the diverse project portfolio and play an active role in cross-divisional and strategic projects

Thanks to your IT affinity, you also drive IT projects forward and provide targeted support for process optimization and automation

You will be responsible for managing the CEO office, including managing pending issues, preparing presentations, etc.

You coordinate meetings and events such as management events, workshops, etc. and ensure that everything runs smoothly

Writing and editing internal and external communication materials and managing regulations and documentation round off your area of responsibility
Your personality.

You have successfully completed further training at HF/FH/Uni level in a business or technical degree program (business administration, business informatics, business administration, etc.)

Ideally, you already have proven experience in project management and are in possession of a corresponding certification (IMPA, PMI, Hermes, etc.)

You are an organizational talent with a can-do mentality, juggle several tasks at the same time with ease and are not fazed by changing priorities

You use your strong problem-solving and decision-making skills skillfully, act proactively and work in a detail-oriented manner

You have excellent MS Office skills and a strong affinity for IT

Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English round off your profile
